The Cricket Club continues to provide a fun and safe environment for children and parents alike to play cricket and indulge in some socially distanced drinks and snacks from the bar.  The Club's bar area was refurbished in 2021 whilst plans are underway to develop the Sports Club amenities on a larger scale.

Proceeds from the bar go the Sports Club and then a proportion is given to the Cricket Club - so your continued support is very much appreciated.  
​
Cakes, however, are a different matter and the proceeds raised from the sale of cakes of Friday nights goes in full to the Cricket Club and helped subsidise the new cricket kit.
 
As ever, payment by card is easiest and safest for us all so please bear that in mind!

This year we could really do with your support and the easiest way to raise money - with no cost to yourself - is via EasyFundraising as explained below.

Easyfundraising - just starting out - so please join!
This is the easiest way to raise money as it costs you nothing but the Club benefits!  Simply register with Easyfundraising and select E&WHCC as your cause.  Then whenever you shop online with one of the 4000 participating retailers, they make a small contribution to our Club's funds, but it costs you and us nothing. It may seem like pennies for each transaction, but if everyone does it quickly adds up!  If you opt to have the 'donation reminder' then it pops up for every applicable retailer and you are just a click away from raising money - so please do sign up!

The funds raised are used to update our grounds machinery, the electronic scoreboard, purchase kit for the juniors as well as replace and update catering equipment.  Let's not forget the all important end of season trophies which also need engraving each year!
 
E&WHCC is now a registered charity so we will be able to benefit from GiftAid.
